Laforêt is not without reason one of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia. If you like cultural excursions, visit the church of Sainte-Agathe, the patron saint of Laforêt. This church was rebuilt in 1779 and is literally next door. Bouillon, Frahan, Sedan and Bohan are also some of the authentic places where it is pleasant to stay and are definitely worth a visit.

Prefer an excursion with the children? Laforêt is the starting point for the “walk of legends” where fairy-tale characters welcome you. This one-hour trip takes you through cobbled paths and forest trails and is accessible with pushchairs. In the immediate surroundings, you will also find a bison ranch, animal parks, a garden with predatory birds, beaver excursions, a tourist train – in short, too much to mention here.
